Our Human Resources Manager serves as a link between corporate initiatives and the needs of our employees. Our HRM works with our employees to ensure that PDR is meeting their needs effectively.

PDR also works hard to provide our employees with a sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Our HRM is instrumental in planning PDR activities that give employees the opportunity to meet one another and that help to develop the team concept that PDR is built on. Small gatherings for coffee or lunch are common and annual events provide a fun atmosphere to socialize with fellow employees and their families.
