Mahendra Vora

President & CEO

 
 

Known as the Serial Entrepreneur, Mr. Vora is considered the high-tech poster child in the Midwest United States. He has helped co-found and sell multiple successful technology ventures to Fortune 500 companies in the past 20 years and has held senior management positions at large global organizations. Mr. Vora collaborated with Timothy Matthews to invest in and create one of the largest technology parks in the country and formally opened Vora Technology Park in March 2005. Mr. Vora has extensive experience in working with and developing information technology solutions for multi-billion dollar organizations across the world. Over the past 20 years, he has innovated sophisticated information technologies in the areas of distributed (client/server) and Internet-based computing, including advanced search and text-mining.

 
Walt McLaren

Vice President of Sales

 
 

Walt has had a nineteen year career focused on the areas of sales, management, technology, team-building, and systems development.  Throughout his career he has been a demonstrated leader, coach, and mentor.  Walt has a sales record that proves he can motivate account executives to excel. 

 
Jim Klimkowski

Jim is an entrepreneurial, innovative leader who routinely identifies and delivers solutions that revolutionize the way his clientele do business.  Jim possesses over fifteen years experience developing, marketing, selling, and delivering complex, high-end consulting solutions to the Federal Government and Fortune 1000 corporations.  Because Jim has such a strong foundation in the IT field and excellent business acumen, one of Jim's key strengths is his grasp of both the IT solution and the value it must provide.  Jim's principle industry experience includes Federal, Industrial/Consumer Products, Hi-Tech, and Financial Services.

Tim Kinney

Web Technologies Practice Director

 
 

Tim leads PDR's infrastructure, project management, and Quality Assurance test practices.  A certified project management professional, he has over thirty years experience in the commercial and government sectors of IT.  His experience includes project management of application development in RAD, interactive development and waterfall SDLC methodologies, business management and leadership, and research and development.  His experience also includes application design, support, and delivery of service management utilizing the ITIL framework.  Tim holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Houston Baptist University, and St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.  For hobbies, Tim enjoys working in the yard, spending time with his golden retrievers, and riding motorcycles.    

 
Mark Mansour

IT Management Consulting Practice Director

 
 

Mark leads PDR's IT Management Consulting group. He has over 19 years of business and Information Technology experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, transportation, and financial services. Mark's formal training is in the engineering discipline resulting in a logical approach to solving complex business and technology problems and opportunities. Mark is an expert in Business Process Reengineering, Software Package Selection, Project Management, and Business Analysis. He also excels at the facilitation of cross-functional and strategic group workshops driving teams toward a common goal. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University as well as having completed post-graduate Business School coursework at OSU. In his off-time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and twin girls.

 
Pat Freeman

Quality Assurance Practice Director  

   

Pat leads PDR's new Quality Assurance Practice.  He brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial software development, standards-based software Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, test automation, project management, SDLC methodologies, IT Governance, and cross-functional facilitation.  Pat also has several years of experience with staff offshoring and has helped set up offshore development / testing centers in India and China.  His leadership experience extends throughout most of his 25 years of industry experience.  He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Ohio Institute of Technology in Columbus, Ohio.   Pat's passion in his free time is astronomy and specifically astrophotography.

Lynn Skinner

Human Resource Manager

 
 

As the manager of employee development, Lynn's role is a critical component of the PDR culture.  Her role focuses on maintaining and improving employee relations and the administration of human resource polices, programs, and practices.  Before coming to PDR, Lynn identified her passion to work with and invest in people.  She graduated from Cedarville College with a BA in Applied Psychology and then worked with a national IT consulting organization in recruiting and employee relations.  The knowledge she gained throughout these experiences has been invaluable as she works to improve PDR's service offerings to both employees and clients.  Lynn also enjoys outdoor activities like running, rollerblading, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Lynn Richards

Recruiting Manager

 
 

Lynn has over eleven years experience in sales, recruiting and staffing within the Information Technology services industry. She is experienced recruiting and hiring for premium staffing as well as project based initiatives. She is responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the PDR recruiting staff and for ensuring compliance of processes and policies. Lynn is married and has a son and daughter. When not in the office, she enjoys making the best use of her time with her family.

Diane Holle

Controller

 
 

As Controller for PDR, Diane has overall responsibility for the preparation of the company financial statements, payroll processing, billing and accounts payable. She has over 20 years experience in various accounting positions. Diane received an Accounting degree from Wright State University and an MBA from Xavier University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s. Diane is married with two children. Outside the office, she enjoys water-skiing, snow-skiing and family activities.
